Food for Thought

Spend a relaxing evening beginning with a short guided meditation followed by a delicious three-course vegetarian meal.

The evening begins at 7pm with a short guided meditation (around 30 minutes), which is led by our resident teacher, Kelsang Varahi.

Forget the stress of daily life and enjoy an evening of relaxation and tasty home-cooked vegetarian food, with a small and lovely group of people.

The food is served in our beautiful and tranquil World Peace Café.  If you have not been before this is a lovely way to check out the centre in an informal and relaxed way.
