The Foundation Program is open to everyone and you can join at any point in the year. It provides an ideal opportunity to deepen our understanding and personal experience of the benefits of Buddhism and meditation through in depth study and practise of meditation and mindful living.
It is designed for those who wish to explore Buddhism & meditation in more depth than is available at our General Programme classes. It takes a more structured approach with the study of a particular book written by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso with classes consisting of guided meditations, chanted meditations, teachings and discussion.
