This half-day course is designed for beginners seeking to start a meditation practice. It is a great way to learn basic Buddhist meditation techniques, and to improve and deepen your experience of meditation and inner peace in the relaxing environment of Vajrapani KBC.

The course will be led by western monk Kelsang Ganden who has been practising Buddhist meditation for over fourteen years. As well as an explanation of how to practice meditation he will guide meditations so that you will gain experience of actual meditation during the course.
