Meditations to help us to reduce stress, worries and anxiety by learning to live in the moment.
On this course everyone will learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.
Guided by an experienced Meditation Teacher, this course is the perfect opportunity to learn meditation techniques and clarify any questions you may have. Meditation has many benefits such as:

This is a beginner course especially suited to those new to meditation.
Seating is on normal chairs, no need to book or reserve a place, and no need for any special clothing. The class finishes with tea and biscuits in our World Peace Café.
