These Tuesday evening drop-in classes give you the opportunity to relax and take some time out for a little light reflection on life. In these classes you will learn how to meditate, as well as exploring how to cultivate an increasingly peaceful, relaxed, joyful and positive approach to our home and work lives.
You will learn simple and highly effective meditations and related practices, suitable for everyone. These drop-in classes are especially suitable for those new to meditation. Classes are held every Tuesday unless otherwise.
Each class is part of a series, although they have been carefully designed so that each class is self-contained. So if you are not able to attend all the classes in a series, don't worry.
