Thursday Evening Meditation Class

Join us for this new series where we will be following the guided meditation CD series in sequence to create more peaceful and happy minds in our everyday life.  The classes have been designed for those new to meditation.  No need to book, just turn up.  Each class is £6 which can be paid on the door.

Times: 7.30pm-9.00pm
