Booking & Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Class, Course or Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings can be made online via the website. Where this is not possible, you may be able to pay at the door for the certain classes, courses or retreats please check in advance.

Where bookings must be made in advance or there are booking restrictions this will be indicated against the individual class, course or retreat booking details on the website.

In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the class, course, or retreat no refund will be made.

In the event of a cancellation more than 24 hours of the class, course, or retreat, you will be refunded your payment less a 10% charge for a booking fee, if the book was made online.

If the booking was made as a cash transaction a full refund will be made.

In the event of a cancellation due to bereavement or other exceptional circumstances please email to admin@meditateinhuddersfield.org to request a refund.

Cancellation & Refunds
All requests for refunds are discretionary and such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditateinhuddersfield.org no longer than 3 days after the class, course or retreat start date.

We ask that in the first instance you request for your booking to be carried forward to another date.

Centre Cancellations
Where classes, courses, or retreats are cancelled by the Centre a full refund will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the agreed cancellation.
