Chill Down Friday - Meditation & Meal Night

Get ready for a relaxing weekend by ending your busy week with some good food, good company and, most importantly, some good vibes coming from your own peaceful mind!

The evening starts at 7pm with a guided meditation to relax, let go of stress and find peace from within. It is then followed by a delicious two course vegetarian meal.

If you have special dietary requirements (such as vegan or gluten-free) please let us know in advance.  Everyone is welcome - places are limited so please book early.
