Attending Classes In-Person
To keep everyone attending our classes safe we ask all visitors to the Centre to follow the guidelines below:
Please only attend if you feel confident you are free from Covid-19
Please do not attend in-person classes if...
- you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed as having Covid-19, or,
- you are experiencing any of the symptoms. For more information on Covid-19 symptoms please check here: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19/
If you are ill
Please protect others by not coming into the centre.
If you are under the weather for any reason, our online classes and/or courses may be ideal for your needs.
There are no longer limits on the number of people you can meet at the centre. This means there are no restrictions on group sizes for attending classes at the Centre. However, we would like to encourage people to book classes in advance via the website. If this is not possible then you are welcome to turn-up at the door.
Legal requirements for social distancing no longer apply and you do not need to stay 2 or 1 meter apart from people you do not live with.
The chairs in our meditation room are set out so that everyone is at least 1 metre apart and no-one is directly facing anyone else. We therefore ask you not to move the chairs.
Face coverings are no longer required by law in any setting. However, is you wish to use face coverings please do so. Please be considerate of people who wish to continue to use face coverings.
Hand sanitiser is provided at the centre which you may use if you wish to do so.
We are now able to provide refreshments at the centre.
From Vajrapani Kadampa Meditation Centre,
We will pray for your happiness and health... please stay safe.
Love and peace.
