What is Compassion?
Compassion is a mind that is motivated by cherishing love for all beings and wishes to free them from their suffering, understanding with wisdom the source of our suffering.
By developing our innate ability through meditation we can learn how to overcome and transform both our own and others difficulties and problems, remaining happy in the face of adversity.
Everyone is welcome.
