Advice for Life

Deepen your experience of meditation and learn practical methods to enjoy a happy and meaningful life.

You can drop in to any individual class for £7 or book a four week series ticket for a reduced rate.

Dates for this series are Feb 28, March 7, 14, and 21.

The series continues on April 4, 11, 18 and 25.
