Dealing With Loss
Saturday 2nd October | 10am – 1.15pm
In ordinary human life, we all have to experience many types of loss: losing our job, reputation, youth, health, possessions and loved ones. This is a natural part of life, however our usual way of responding is with the pain of non-acceptance and denial. In this half-day class, we will develop the mental tools to build the inner protection of resilience, patience and compassion. With these positive minds we will have the strength to learn from life’s challenges and be able to transform everything into a positive experience.
