Our modern life is often very hectic and stressful. We are constantly filling our time up with distractions and things to do. This is because we are not comfortable with our own mind and cannot access our mind’s naturally peaceful state.
Meditation is not another chore to do, but is the method that accesses our mind’s potential for boundless joy.
In this half day course we will learn how to meditate and begin to appreciate the experience of inner peace for ourselves. This will give us the confidence to know that through continual training in meditation, we have the ability to develop our mind to its fullest capacity.
