Within our current climate, it is even more important to find genuine methods that help us find the protection of inner peace and the wisdom to make sense of our uncertain world.
Learning the practice of meditation provides us with a refuge of inner peace and the tools to cope with all the challenges that will arise. On this half-day course we will learn the importance and benefits of meditation and how to begin to practice it in daily life.
