We cannot avoid challenges and difficulties from arising on our life, but what we can do is transform how we experience them. Through meditation we can change our mental attitude from confusion and negativity to wisdom and positive growth that enables us to transform all our difficulties into the path of self-improvement.
In this series of classes we will learn the wisdom Buddha taught in The Four Noble Truths, that understands where suffering comes from and how to remove the causes of suffering permanently. Through applying this practical wisdom we will be fearless in the face of our daily suffering and problems.
