What is the course about?
In these uncertain times, it is difficult to know which way to turn and what to do, to really help our self and others. Through learning the practice of meditation, we will be able to control our mind and harness it in a positive direction.
With familiarity of developing and maintaining strong and positive minds, we can be certain to respond with a calm and peaceful mind to life’s challenges. In this half day course, we will look at the benefits and how to begin meditation practice. Ideal for beginners and those wishing to deepen their experience of meditation.
