What is the course about?

Normally we think that challenging situations and people cause us stress, anxiety and other unhappy minds. However, if we check carefully, we will see that these negative emotions are states of mind, that we habitually respond within difficult circumstances.

Therefore the way to gain real freedom from them, is not by running away from the situation, but to train in changing our negative response, by overcoming these negative habits of mind.

In this course we will learn beneficial ways of thinking that will lead to peaceful and positive experiences.
