Living a Meaningful Life

Learn how meditation helps us take the essence of our precious human life and transforms it into a happy and meaningful life.  This is a drop-in class so you can attend individual classes or you can book the whole series to receive a 25 per cent discount.

The class is held at 7.30pm on Tuesdays.  Class dates are January 15, 22 and 29, and February 5 and 12.
