In our modern society, feelings of worry and anxiety are very common. When these emotions arise we often feel overwhelmed and powerless to change them.
On this half day course we will learn how meditation and positive ways of thinking are genuine and practical methods to overcome these negative states of mind. Then we will gradually be able to reduce and control these minds, thereby gaining real freedom and confidence.
