We would all like to live a life that is happy and meaningful. So now is the time for us to fulfil this wish.

This week’s class focuses on seeing the kindness of others and our dependent relationship.

During these classes we will understand how we have a precious human life now. And with this life we can fulfil our pure potential, gradually moving away from our self centred minds to developing and improving our good heart, that wishes to benefit others.

The class starts with a short guided breathing meditation, followed by a teaching and finally a second guided meditation based on the teaching.

These meditations are ideal for beginners and those new to meditation.
