If we could choose how we would like to feel, no one would ever choose to be unhappy and miserable but always choose to be happy. Only by understanding our mind will we have this freedom.
Through developing the wisdom to distinguish the real cause of our pain, our negative habits of mind, and by applying the methods to overcome them; it is entirely possible to choose happiness.
The class starts with a short guided breathing meditation, followed by a teaching and finally a second guided meditation based on the teaching.
These meditations are ideal for beginners and those new to meditation.
