If we check we shall see that, what makes us happy and gives meaning to our life is our mind of love and benefiting others.
During this series we will learn to cultivate our good heart of cherishing love and how to practically apply this in our daily life to make our self and others happy.
The class starts with a short guided breathing meditation, followed by a teaching and finally a second guided meditation based on the teaching.
These meditations are ideal for beginners and those new to meditation.
