Discover what is meditation, the benefits and how to begin meditation practice. We are constantly looking for new things to see and do, in order to find the elusive happiness we seek. However, if we check, we will find that we still feel there is something missing in our life.
In this series of classes, we look inwards inside our mind and discover how our mind is the creator of our happiness or suffering. Through our meditation practice, we begin the greatest adventure of discovery and joy.
This week’s class focuses on what is meditation, and why and how to meditate.
In this 4 week series, we will focus on developing positive minds that are the perfect inner getaway.
The class starts with a short guided breathing meditation, followed by a teaching and finally a second guided meditation based on the teaching.
These meditations are ideal for beginners and those new to meditation.
