We all talk about “our mind”, but if someone were to ask us what exactly is your mind, we would have no clear answer. In modern life so many people suffer from mental unhappiness and imbalance.
In this series of classes, following Buddha’s wisdom advice, we learn to clearly identify the nature of our mind, what is meditation and how necessary is the practice of meditation for our mental well being.
Through applying these instructions we will come to experience the real happiness of inner peace and clarity and find genuine solutions to our daily problems.
