Saturday Half Day Courses

Half Day (Saturday morning) courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace, through short guided meditations. The format for the morning includes practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life, and time to discuss the ideas presented.  Seating is on chairs or cushions on the floor, and wearing comfortable loose clothing is helpful. There is a refreshment break included in the cost and the option to book  lunch for £6.50. It is open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or are returning, or just seeking some inspiration for your own meditation practice.

If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions, but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we will never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be.

These simple and inspiring meditations have been practiced for centuries, enabling anyone to experience the natural clarity and peace of their own mind. Through training in these meditations we can discover our potential for genuine peace of mind and happiness and find inner freedom from anxiety, fear & other painful emotions.
