Saturday Half Day Courses
Half Day (Saturday morning) courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace, through short guided meditations. The format for the morning includes practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life, and time to discuss the ideas presented. Seating is on chairs or cushions on the floor, and wearing comfortable loose clothing is helpful. There is a refreshment break included in the cost and the option to book lunch for £6.50. It is open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or are returning, or just seeking some inspiration for your own meditation practice.

Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. This half day course will explore meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. It is open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or are returning, or just seeking some inspiration for your own meditation practice.
