Saturday Half Day Courses
Half Day (Saturday morning) courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace, through short guided meditations. The format for the morning includes practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life, and time to discuss the ideas presented. Seating is on chairs or cushions on the floor, and wearing comfortable loose clothing is helpful. There is a refreshment break included in the cost and the option to book lunch for £6.50. It is open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or are returning, or just seeking some inspiration for your own meditation practice.

If we see beyond the clouds of our unpleasant feelings we can experience our natural pure clear sky mind.The real source of happiness is inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions, but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we will never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be.
