Saturday Half Day Courses
Half Day (Saturday morning) courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace, through short guided meditations. The format for the morning includes practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life, and time to discuss the ideas presented. Seating is on chairs or cushions on the floor, and wearing comfortable loose clothing is helpful. There is a refreshment break included in the cost and the option to book lunch for £6.50. It is open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or are returning, or just seeking some inspiration for your own meditation practice.
