For those who wish to deepen their practice of concentration to develop into tranquil abiding.
To prepare for this retreat students will have undertaken 6 weeks training on their chosen object of concentration, at home in daily practice.
Then on this basis we will deepen our concentration in this 5 day silent retreat held at Madhyamaka Centre.

Basic single room (shared bathroom) – £260.00
Luxury single room (room has sink and tea & coffee making facilities, shared bathroom) – £320.00
Single en suite – £335.00
Twin (shared bathroom) – £360.00

All prices include 5 nights accommodation and meals
Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis and to secure a room there is a nonrefundable deposit of £50.00. Payment in full is required by 1st December 2023.
