In today’s society, it’s increasingly common that feelings of anxiety and depression plague our everyday lives and that feelings of insecurity and lacking confidence hold us back from fulfilling our potential. Consequently we never really feel at ease in ourselves, fully present for our interactions with others, and life can feel overwhelming. Practising meditation and Buddhist teachings has the transformative power to help us step out of this experience.
Through learning practical techniques, that come from Buddha’s wisdom, we can begin to reconnect with our own peaceful heart, let go of our unhappy self and discover a truly meaningful and joyful life.
We are delighted to have Gen Kelsang Chodor teach this full day course.
Gen Chodor is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre London. He has been ordained since 2001, and has taught extensively in the UK and US. He is loved and admired by his students because of his practical knowledge and warm presentations, authentic teachings, as well as his natural joy and sense of humour. With Gen Chodor’s wealth of insight, we will learn practical methods to apply in daily life that help transform our life from the inside out.
