Meditation – The Path of Self – Improvement

We naturally have the wish to improve ourselves, we never want to remain a suffering, limited being. We can change external conditions in our life, such as our job, house and partner but these changes do not have the power to change ourself as a person and increase our good qualities.

If we really wish for self improvement then we need to change our mind, changing negative habits, such as frustration and depression into positive habits of patience, kindness and gratitude.

The method to do this is through learning the science of meditation.

Meditation is suitable and important for everyone and in this series we will learn the benefits and how to practise in our daily life.

These classes are suitable for beginners.

In these difficult times, everyone is looking for happiness and wants to be free from problems and suffering.

We can learn to gradually fulfill these wishes by practising the meditations and instructions given on these courses, which are suitable for everyone.

Everyone is welcome.

Teacher: The teacher, Jim Sheridan, is known for explaining the insights gained in meditation to help solve our everyday problems. He has studied Modern Kadampa Buddhism for over 35 years.
