Our Saturday morning, half-day courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life and gain an experience of inner peace through short, guided meditations.

£15 per person | free for benefactor and standard members.

In modern busy life, we often feel some discomfort in our body and mind everyday. Our mind is unpeaceful and our body restless. If we train our mind in the practice of meditation, we will gradually come to experience a deep inner peace and contentment. With this peaceful mind, we will also feel a light suppleness in our body, that will help improve our physical well being.

In this half day course we will learn how to begin the practice of breathing meditation, experience our own peaceful mind and learn the powerful body of light meditation. This course is suitable for beginners and those who have some experience.
