Our Saturday morning, half-day courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life and gain an experience of inner peace through short, guided meditations.

What is the secret to never having a bad hair day or any other kind of bad day?

The secret lies in the truth of Buddha’s teachings, when he says “Of all the innumerable conceptual thoughts that arise from the ocean of our root mind, the most harmful is self-cherishing and the most beneficial is the mind of cherishing others.”

We can trace all our pain and suffering back to our selfish intentions and all our happiness to the mind that wishes others to be happy.

On this course we will explore these two minds and practical methods to abandon selfishness and practise loving kindness in daily life.
