Meditation made easy and fun for children! Sessions include a short guided meditation, stories, games and a creative activity.

Ideally suited for 4-11 year olds however everyone is welcome to attend.  We ask that parents/carers remain on the premises with their children.  Parents and carers are, of course, welcome to join in.

The cost is £6 per child, or £10 for a family with two or more children.
