Our Saturday morning, half-day courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life and gain an experience of inner peace through short, guided meditations.

£15 per person | free for benefactor and standard members.

In our modern society, it’s increasingly common that feelings of anxiety, worry and unhappiness plague our everyday lives and that feelings of insecurity and lacking confidence hold us back from fulfilling our potential. Consequently we never really feel at ease in ourselves, fully present for our interactions with others, and life can feel overwhelming. Practising meditation and Buddhist teachings has the transformative power to help us step out of this experience.

In this half day course we will understand the causes of anxiety and worry and begin to learn practical methods to overcome them.
