Very often we feel stuck in our life situations, overwhelmed by difficulties and pressures at home and work or we lack the inner fulfilment and meaning in mundane life. All these problems are unpleasant feelings that come from our mind. If we understand this deeply, we will understand that by changing our mind, we can cease all our problems completely.

Meditation is the scientific method to transform human nature from bad to good, to transform our mind from negative to positive. Everybody needs to be good natured with a good heart. This is the real method to solve our inner problems of ignorance, depression, anger and so on, and is the real method to benefit others practically.

In this public talk Genla Khyenrab will share from his vast experience and knowledge, how to apply Buddha’s timeless wisdom advice to the difficulties and problems of modern people. Through this we will come to experience the inner magic of meditation practice.

We are very delighted to have Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab teach at Vajrapani Kadampa Meditation Centre.

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is a retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).
