£7 per class or £21 for full series of four classes  |  Free for all members.


Our modern life is hectic and demanding, which often leaves us feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. We need to be kind to ourself and in this way we can be kind and beneficial to others, by taking time to care for ourself.

We rarely think about caring for our mind, but in reality it is our mind that experiences everything in our life. If our mind is upset, frazzled and discouraged, then everything will be a reflection of this unhappy state.

In this series of classes we will learn how to look after our mind by training in meditation focusing on developing positive and peaceful states of mind. In this way we will come to experience a balanced, spacious and peaceful mind, showing ourself the best kindness. With this peaceful mind we can easily cope with the challenges of our daily life.
