Start the new year, in the best possible way, learn how to make yourself happy through meditation. Meditation is the scientific method to improve our human nature, to transform our mind from negative to positive, from unhappy to happy. In this retreat we will be guided in meditations that gradually lead us along the path of self -improvement, transforming our limited, painful self eventually into a joyful, limitless self, who has the ability to really help ourself and others.
These meditations will be taken from the book, The Mirror of Dharma, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and are stages of the path that lead us to realise our pure enlightened self.
This retreat is suitable for all levels. You are welcome to drop into any session you can, do some or whole of the retreat.
The retreat will be guided by Andy Torrington, who is a sincere senior practitioner and teacher with over 25 years experience, that he shares in a clear and illuminating way.
