These Online Half Day courses are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace, through short guided meditations.

The format for these courses includes practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life, and time to discuss the ideas presented. 

These Online courses are open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or are returning, or just seeking some inspiration for your own meditation practice.

What is the course about?
 
How can we really help ourselves and be of real benefit to others? In our heart we all wish to be able to make our self and others happy, be a friend to our self and all living beings. Through Buddha’s wisdom, we are able to identify our pure potential of our good heart.
 
In order to realise and develop our pure good heart, we need to follow the practice of the six perfections, training in giving, moral discipline, patience, effort, concentration and wisdom.

Over this weekend course we will look at how to improve our good qualities and pure potential by learning to practically integrate the six perfections into our daily life. By doing this we will come to experience a real happiness, meaning and joy and be able to share this with others.

What is the course about?
 
We can seem to be always chasing after our elusive times of happiness, thinking that we will be happy, when this happens or when we get certain good conditions. By thinking in this way, we deprive our self of realising and experiencing the happiness that lies in every moment of our life.
 
By learning to live in the present moment, we can access a reality of truth and realise our happiness happens in every moment. In this way we will be happy moment by moment.
