What to expect:
ABOUT THE WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASSES:
Each class includes two guided meditations and a short talk on some aspect of meditation.
The meditation classes are suitable for everyone – whatever your level of interest or experience – and provide the perfect opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism and finding peace & happiness from within.
Booking line is useful, but you can just turn up and pay on the door.
Attending the entire series of classes is beneficial, as each class builds on the next. However, each class is taught in such a way that if you only attend one class, you will derive benefit from it. Please feel free to drop in whenever you like
There are no special clothing requirements at our meditation centre, please feel free to wear whatever is comfortable.
