How to Cope with Painful Feelings
Weekly Meditation Classes
at Vajrapani Kadampa Meditation Centre
Attend on a Tuesday or Thursday, they follow the same course
£7 per class or £21 for full series of four classes | Free for all members.
Anxiety, stress, depression and unhappiness are all painful feelings that we experience in our daily life. We should know that these are our real inner problems, our own unpleasant feelings.
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind. There are endless outer problems, but if we respond to these difficulties with a positive or peaceful mind, they would not be problems for us.
In this series of classes we will learn positive, practical ways to respond to difficulties and thereby understand how to cope and transform painful feelings. In this way we will solve all our daily problems and experience inner freedom and joy.
