Drop-in Meditation Classes at Vajrapani Centre
with our resident teacher - Gen Kelsang Varahi
Attend on a Tuesday or Thursday, they follow the same course.
Learn about meditation, Buddhism and finding peace & happiness from within. Weekly meditation classes consist of meditations guided by the teacher, a talk on a particular topic of Buddhist teachings and a chance to discuss and ask questions. Classes area arranged in a series following a particular theme. You will get the most out of the classes if you can attend the full series, but classes can also be attended on a drop-in basis.
