Learn how to relax and transform your mind into peaceful, positive states and experience the stress-free and happy life that we all wish for.
These General Programme classes will include a practical teaching, two meditation sessions, Q&A, and refreshments.

Learn fundamental meditation practices that can transform our minds into peaceful and positive states.
Through engaging regularly in these basic but essential meditation techniques, we will be able to reduce our stress, fatigue and tension; thereby, bringing increased physical and mental energy which will improve our lives.
